Hello guys

it was really hard for me to make this video and talk about stuff you try keep enclosed so I hope you appreciate

just before we start this you don't have to like my page or anything this is just to let people know they are not alone but I do plane to talk abit more about this so keep in touch

do you suffer form anxiety, I have recently started suffering from this and I and trying to keep my self occupied by doing stuff and raising abit of awareness about it, I know I maybe coming to the wrong place but if I haven't then I am posting this video in regards to anxiety... if you don't want to watch the video write me a small reply about it, I am just trying to help people talk about it and even if I make one persons day better that good enough for me
I know the struggles that people go through everyday as I am going through it, not wanting to leave there house, look on social media and even talk to the family but we cant let it win we have to beat it and by doing the stuff that we don't think we should be then we will do example leaving the house when you feel uncomfortable and talking to people about how you feel not keeping it lock in and shadowed

thanks for taking the time to read this

Everyone suffers from anxiety, It all depends on their situation and past events that will depend on how severe it is, or just mentally.

I've gone through many episodes in my life that I still think about to this day; from family mishaps, break-ups, friends that I thought ill have 'till the end vanish from my life, and even educational problems.

I don't talk much about my problems, anxiety, what I've fought through to be where I am today, as I think their just barriers being placed on my journey to success.

Motto: I may love you..
I'm actually in the LGBTQ+ community, I'm very proud of myself for where I am and how comfortable I've grown into it but still I fear for judgement and being treated different if I tell someone who I really am.

I'm not easily hurt I'm no snowflake but also like at the same time I don't wanna be attacked and I feel I'm subject to being attacked all the time..

In the past I was anxious about knowing who I am, will I ever be able to enjoy the things I want because I was scared I was anxious to ever say hey I wanna do things with same sex/gender or like I wanna be a different sex/gender than the norm and it really hurt and still does kinda.

I don't know who I want to be who I am or who I will be I feel like I'm weird and just not right? I know I'm human and I know it's a thing people can go through but I just can't help but to feel if I don't do what is expected of me I am a target, I am weird, I am different and I don't want any of that..

I want to be happy, and free to who I am it's like a never ending battle for my own sanity because if I hide who I am I'm not worried about being judged but if I hide who I am I will never feel myself and I just have such a hard time dealing with it..

Maybe I need someone professional to talk to but maybe I just need to fight and conquer my own battles I'm not sure..

Do I suffer from anxiety? Yes, everyday, very much.

Do I let my suffering affect me? I try not to and it has but I've never felt held back because I'm anxious maybe just slowed down at times but I always recover.?

Not everyone is the same friend.. I'd give anything to not care what my parents think or who disowns and hurts me but I can't. I want to make people happy and when me being me makes them un-happy it makes me un-happy.

its nice to hear you talk about this its not easy to write about the way you feel but it nice that you can look back on the past and build a wall against this and to what you have achieved now! you should be happy about that and proud thank you for taking the time to reply too the forum !!

I knew a friend with adhd I don't understand a lot about it because I don't go through that but I know that he struggle to focus on one thing with out getting distracted, and social anxiety is not great my brother suffers with this and doesn't like to be in crowds or even going out at all at times but baby steps just going to the shop and doing this more than once.bit by bit should help you improve this!
