Yes, that would all be compatible but most, if not all of those components are pretty poor choices IMO. There are better options for your money. Other than the Intel 660p, issa steal so that's a buy!

What is your budget and currency?
What games will you be playing? What program will you be using to edit videos, and will it be like short 1080p clips or 4k gameplay videos?
Do you already have 2 of those Dell S23 monitors, or is that just what you're planning on buying?

It looks like you have around $1000 for a system, and ~$250ish for monitors, if you don't already have those? Without answers to my questions above, this is what I'd be looking at;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor ($117.68 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard ($111.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($54.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Intel 660p Series 1.02 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($97.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8 GB GAMING OC Video Card ($399.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 (w/o ODD) ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.98 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: BitFenix Whisper M 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($79.98 @ Amazon)
Monitor: VIOTEK GN27D 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor ($249.99 @ Amazon)
Monitor: AOC 24B1XHS 23.8" 1920x1080 60 Hz Monitor ($99.99 @ Best Buy)
Total: $1282.58

but this could change depending on your exact budget/currency, the kind of editing you'll be doing, and what games you'll be playing.

What is your budget and currency? We will say $1300

What games will you be playing? What program will you be using to edit videos, and will it be like short 1080p clips or 4k gameplay videos?
I will be using OBS to record, Sony Vegas 11 to edit and best setting in obs are 1920x1080 and just short clips, I'll be using it for Vanis.io and also be on discord, I'll be using photoshop as well for it

Do you already have 2 of those Dell S23 monitors, or is that just what you're planning on buying? No I do not have those monitors yet

If you do decide to switch the monitors for something better, please no curved monitors, thank you

Yeah, so the system I linked would do pretty well. Just use GeForce Experience to record instead of OBS.

Alternative GPU;

This will perform closer to an RTX 2070 Super than 2060 Super. Or you could look at RTX 2070s for ~$450 if you can find any right now.

The curve on that 1440p monitor isn't bad, and I wouldn't turn down a good monitor just for that. However, if you're wanting something similar without a curve, then you could get this;

Flat panel and a little bit bigger too. I'd definitely be trying to get a decent monitor, better than 1080p60Hz- at least for your main panel.
