I'm looking to building a more than decent streaming PC this PC will not be for gaming at all just for streaming and editing. I'm just looking on some advice about the ram & CPU I was thinking about going with 32GB of ram but will that be overkill ?

Depends on your budget. 32GB RAM isn't too ridiculously priced these days, so it wouldn't be a terrible idea if you have the budget. 16GB would suffice though.
