Really depends on budget. I've invested a fair amount in headphones and mic's over the years, but what I have now is the setup I'll stay with till either of them fail.

I bought the V-Moda Crossfade II Wireless headphones with the ModMic Wireless mic, I've wanted a set of good headphones for years now and the option to go wireless while holding quality was a good perk for me. But that all comes with a price to pay. But if you just want an easy solution to headphones and mic combo, you can't go wrong with the HyperX's everyone else has suggested.
