| I have tried everything I can think of to get this to work I have tried with and without the hardrive power in my power button and controller and by eject button nothing appears on screen |

| no it all worked fine then i left it a couple months came back to it updated all the files everything was working but all of a sudden it stops and just black screen ever since |

| Can you get a better video of what the debug light on the chip is doing? Let it cycle for at least 18 seconds, could just be booting slow |

If it doesn't do any better without the hard drive and all plugins removed it's probably the chip or the wiring if it does eventually boot some times. You can usually tell what it's doing by the flashing light on the chip depending on what chip you have and if it's programmed with a timing file (ace chips anyway). With ace chips I believe you get 2 fast flashes followed by one longer flash right before it boots. If it boots randomly then the console is probably fine just need to check the wiring and solder joints, possibly the chip itself |

| Try dumping or using an old NAND dump and re-write a NAND onto the Xbox. I've had issues like this with my Corona RGH where it suddenly stopped working, black screen, and failure to glitch. Writing a new NAND worked every time for me. |
