This is my first build and i have honestly no idea what I'm doing. I was going to build my own from IBUYPOWER but I heard it's a waste of money with them. I just want an absolute beast for the budget I have. The best of everything. A good build that will work well together/compliment each other (part wise). I plan to upgrade parts in the future but just want to make sure it will be perform great when it gets here.

I'm looking for no lag, fast load speeds and bootup, runs 4k graphics lag free, smooth 60+ FPS, optimal sound quality, water cooling etc. Can you also recommend a website to build it on and order from?
