What is the price/currency?
What exactly is the system being used for?
What monitor(s) are you using with the system?

Just games? What games? Stuff like Fortnite, or AAA titles like Shadow of the Tomb Raider?

I take it that's the 3840x1080 super ultrawide? 144Hz? Have you already bought that monitor?

I wouldn't be buying that system for $1650AUD. No SSD? You could easily get a respectable system with a far better GPU for $1650AUD. I'd also be avoiding Intel, especially i5's.

Correct I've already bought the monitor !

And looking to play competitive games, PUBG, CS, rainbow six, cod ect...

I'm just looking for a build that literally would have no trouble running any game at the best settings for a $2000 budget. If you have any recommendations I would love to hear them !

If you're spending ~$2000AUD, you could do something like this;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor ($198.00 @ Shopping Express)
CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler ($119.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard ($179.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($127.86 @ Amazon Australia)
Storage: Crucial BX500 960 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($128.00 @ Shopping Express)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda Computer 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($75.00 @ PC Byte)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card ($842.49 @ Newegg Australia)
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C ATX Mid Tower Case ($149.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Power Supply: Cooler Master MWE Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($104.00 @ Shopping Express)
Total: $1922.35

An R5 3600 would be a nice upgrade from the R5 2600, but it's currently a $100AUD difference which I don't think is worth it.

If you want to save money, you can drop the Be Quiet! cooler and just use the stock cooler with the CPU. You could also drop to a 480GB SSD and/or drop the HDD, depending on how much storage capacity you require. You could save some money by getting a cheaper case, something like this would do you well;
au.pcpartpicker.com/product/8rzkc...matrexx-70
but I probably wouldn't get anything cheaper than that.

Another easy way to save money would be sacrificing some GPU performance. You could save a little over $100 by grabbing an RTX 2070 instead of the 2070 Super;
au.pcpartpicker.com/product/MR97Y...0-armor-8g

or you could save even more money by going with an AMD GPU. You could get an RX 5700XT for $650, which will perform in between an RTX 2070 and RTX 2070 Super. Or you can get an RX 5700 for $550 which will perform a little behind an RTX 2070. If you do go for an AMD GPU though, I'd wait another week or two for the aftermarket coolers to come out, since the reference cooler on the RX 5700 and 5700XT is terrible.

With some stuff cut, you can easily get it to <$1650;

Video Card: MSI GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB Video Card ($725.00 @ Umart)

Power Supply: Cooler Master MWE Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply ($104.00 @ Shopping Express)
Total: $1632.86

and this is a far better system for that price than what you were initially looking at. Again, you could save even more money here by getting an AMD GPU instead, and/or getting a cheaper case.
