I have not seen that one but i have seen my friends pp change to a random one and they never changed it, after it happening a few times i noticed that what it was changing to was a gamerpictures that someone on my recent players had so my guess was there is a weird bug in the system where it mixes up gamerpics of your friends from people on your recent players.
