I use an app called "Lose It". It's on both the Apple and Android store. It allows you to enter your height, weight and your desired goal e.g lose 1 stone. It then calculates the amount of time it will take for you to lose it and you can also adjust how quickly you want to lose it. You can speed up the weight loss process but your calorie limit will go down.

Also it's not crucial that you reach your calorie limit as you need to be in a decent calorie deficit to lose the weight so if you can help it, save as many as you can.

I don't know about meal plans but as for calorie counting, it's pretty simple.

Okay cheers I shall have a look at it.
I read tho that you have to eat a certain amount to get your metabolism high so if you dont reach the calorie count your body lowers your metabolic rate which burns food slower which makes it harder to lose weight

I use an app called MyFitnessPal. Very good and you should be adding in EVERY thing that you put in your body and it will calculate it all, Fat, Protein, Vitamins etc.

As for the meal plan, For me im trying to gain weight and muscle, So im eating more Meat like Chicken, Pasta, Steaks etc. And I have to eat 2700 a day in order to gain size. So what i done was think how much i would eat. So 3 Meals and 3 Snacks. I Made sure my Meals were 700+ Calories and my snacks were 200+, Giving me 2700. I know you are different as your trying to lose weight but trying to split your day and meals up would be better.

Yeah I'll have to work it all out, find it hard finding foods to have every week that's why I wanted a meal plan it be easier to do

Look on Pinterest at meals that are good for Weight loss. I do a food shop every Saturday, I only really spend 15-20 GBP on food for the week. I looked on youtube and people were giving good meals but it took a while to prepare and cook, So i done my best to switch them for Easy meals to make. If you drink fizzy drinks id try cut them out alot. I used to drink Energy drinks daily and was wondering why i felt sick and had sore stomachs. Now i only drink water(Maybe a energy drink every few weeks, I drink the Monster that has no calories or sugar). Drinking water is such a good thing once you get rid of the cravings for Juice.

Use the internet my friend loads of free meal plans, but you would still need to make the adjustments to your own body and goals.
