Awesome weight gainer meal 1000Kcal sandwich is a great, cheap meal, easy to prep, and gets you a ton of calories, and protein and carbs. I usually have one of these sandwiches every other day, sometimes mix it up and put jelly in the sandwich for a different taste. This is so easy to make, and for the price, you can't really go wrong. Peanut butter is one of the best food sources to get good quality calories, and protein. Its a great meal for you skinny guys, just like me to pack on some mass fast.
