My first leg day workout, hitting 120kg squat for the first time. Do you think that rep counted? My next leg day workout vlog, I will attempt 1 rep again, hopefully, I can get a decent rep in. Leg day was once my worse day, but now I am enjoying it a lot more, as I can now see my legs getting bigger and stronger, which is also increasing my deadlifts. Look out for my next Leg Day Workout next week, will be a lot better and will go for heavyweight for the gainz.
