Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have streamed before, but always with shitty setups.
Sadly I am also no computer geek, but I have had the fortune to accumulate some money.

My desire is to stream battle royale games like Fortnite, PUBG, Apex & such in crisp 1920x1080 with 144Hz on my monitor (for viewers 60 FPS should be fine). What I also would like to do is to kick back, turn the stream off and have myself a neat cinema experience on an awesome 4K monitor where I can play AAA titles and enjoy the world and story the developers have created for me, for which 60 FPS is enough, as I am playing offline & don't need those frames to compete with others.

I have 200K Download & 30K Upload.

My budget is about 3.000 - 4.000.

Ohh, and I am in Germany, so I need to be able to buy these parts here.

Can you recommend anything to me to achieve this? There are so many hardware items out there & I have literally no idea what will be good.

I appreciate your time a lot! If you need advice on your personal finance situation or your fitness/diet, I can give something back, just hit me up via pn.

Cheers,
Niklas aka Aquanimus

Do you need anything else for the setup such as Monitors, peripherals etc.? If so are they included in the main budget and please say exactly what you need

If you already have monitors please post what they are exactly.

PC Part Picker List

This system is pure overkill. Something you need, because you can't stream in 2k or 4k unless you have the best internet in the world (1GB Down/100 Up with 50 or lower Ping) I would recommend delidding the CPU to take down temperatures further. Don't know if you have any peripherals you'd like to keep, so I left out keyboards, mice, headset and mics. Those would extend over your budget pretty hard. Overall though, playing games in 4k and streaming in 1080p@60 should be more than easy with this setup, just keep in mind while you're streaming you do reduce your FPS to a margin usually 20-5 FPS, with this build probably about 7-5 fps. But while playing in 4k, most games with ultra graphics and RTX effects enabled... RTX cards barely handle 4k running as a single card. To really push that you would want a 2080 Ti in NVLINK. A 2080 Ti can definitely do 4k gaming, but all you need to do is take a look at benchmarks, you're likely to get 40-75 fps depending on the game and with RTX effects disabled, enabled however... Not happening. Streaming it, the stream would be ridiculously choppy because of the scaling and your current FPS does translate to stream, so when you dip looking at an RTX puddle or come into a place with a ton of RTX global illumination you'll drop frames. If you're playing at 45 fps, you're streaming at 45 fps. Simply put.

In my opinion, wait until July 7th before deciding, when AMD is releasing graphics cards and new CPUs.. The new Ryzen 3rd generation CPUs look insane. They will likely outperform Intel on single core performance, and offer more cores at a lower cost...

But if you are impatient:

Build Link ~3300 EUR

Personally I would take 1080p/240hz, it gives a massive competitive edge. But you can swap out for 2k/144hz if you prefer.
Fortnite is bound by CPU and RAM speeds. Make sure to install the RAM in dual channel, and enable XMP in the bios.

if you really want a competitive advantage, add in a separate cheap AM4 ryzen streaming rig, so that your gaming PC does not have any load of the stream.
