I'm looking to build a nice clean RGB-esque but still powerful pc. I'm just starting to get into the building world so I only know a few big brands and a few entry level things, but I wanted to get some opinions on the build I'm picking out for this pc from the professionals of the interwebs. Is there anything on this list that you would change considering its' price point, or its durability/quality etc. Thanks to everyone that helps out!

Here's the list:

You're missing storage and a GPU in that parts list.

We also don't know what you plan on using the system for, so it's kinda hard to make any suggestions.

If you don't need a monitor, what monitor(s) will you be using with the system?

Good point, and yes I'm missing a couple things, I kinda figured somebody would recommend what to add for those slots. I plan on using this PC for mostly video editing and some gaming (preferably max settings gaming).

Also, no peripherals. I already have them. USD currency.

We can't recommend a GPU and storage without a budget for those, or your overall budget.

Any specific games you'll be playing a lot of?
Will you be doing lots of video editing, and what programs will you be using for editing?

I have an ASUS VG245 monitor. Overall budget would be around $1000. I already have the case, monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Sony Vegas Pro is what i use for editing.

GPU is less flashy with no RGB LEDs, unless you want to spend another $40 on top of this for the Strix RTX 2060.

You could save some money by just using the stock cooler with the R5 2600 for now.

Forgot to say- don't spend $120 for your OS. You can use Windows 10 for free, or buy a key for ~$30ish to activate it.

Also worth noting that if you're not buying these parts within 2 or so weeks, they'll probably not make as much sense.

If you're spending $1000 not including the $100 for the case, then you could get a nice RTX 2060 with RGB LEDs, and the 1TB SSD;
