Hello, I'am looking to build a pc. Currently I'm playing on Lenovo Y520 Gaming Laptop it does it's job well for most games at 60 fps with graphics settings adjusted for some games. But I'am looking for something powerful, I want to go into a game with ease of mind knowing my pc can run it at a decent fps.

Apex legends, League of Legends, CS GO, Rainbow Six Siege, Skyrim with mods, Paladins, PUBG, Rust,
Unturned, Runescape 3, Dark souls III, Ring of Elysium, GTA V. - Are all games I currently play.

Forza Horizon 4, Monster Hunter World, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, The Crew 2, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Battlefield V, Witcher 3, Car Mechanic Simulator 2018, ARK: Survival Evolved... - Are all games I want to buy and try out.

As a gamer I've been leaning more towards eSport games, because I have not even considered playing games like Monster Hunter World, because I know my computer couldn't run it on enjoyable graphic settings and fps.
So now I want to explore the realm of Triple AAA titles.

Now I have decided that my build will revolve around RTX 2080 Ti or RTX 2080 GPU's (leaning more towards RTX 2080 Ti) The CPU probably Intel Core i9-9900K, because why not.

The biggest questions I have right now are:

1) GPU: Which brand of GPU should I choose (EVGA, ZOTAC,MSI...) should I get one already with a cooler?what should I look at: core clock, boost clock, how many fans it has etc.?

2) Case: What size should I get? Do I need a full or mid tower for this build?

3) Monitor: I want something that's good for both eSport games and is good for graphics 4k resolution and such, What panel type should I look into? ( IPS, TN...) How big of a diffrence in response time is 4 to 1 m/s?

Also, should I go for air or liquid cooling? on my left side of the table there is a radiator 10 cm from the table will that have a big impact on temperatures?

I've never built a pc, and never really looked into it too much, so any advice will be appreaciated.

It's not a matter of "what brand should I buy?" but instead more "How much money can I spend and what can I get for that amount?".

Case: Mid tower will do perfectly fine.
Monitor: You would be better off with a 1440p monitor and higher refresh rate. A lot of these monitors will be TN or VA panels but you can get some IPS panels for a good price.

Air or liquid cooling is really down to preference. I would try to not have a radiator next to the PC though as that defeats the purpose of having a cooling system when you are heating the air around the PC.

Really, you need to give us more information as stated in the sticky for this section:
Scizor wrote What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?
