Hello,

I purchased a custom build from CyberPower about 6 months ago and am experiencing issues. Their support tries to get me off the phone asap so I wanted to see if anyone else has suggestions before I spend any more time putting up with them.

Build:
[Minimum post requirement for links]

The temperature sits at about 70-75 degrees, no overclocking. Peak speed starts at 3.70GHz but occasionally falls to about 2. I've read that the temperature should be to 50 degrees.

- Sometimes it makes a scraping sound on startup, sounds like it comes from the liquid cooler
- Sometimes it freezes on startup/wake up from sleep

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thank you!

Anything you touch will void your warranty. Don't do touch anything within the insides since you don't want it to be your problem.

I'd take a video of the issue so they can see first hand what's going on, keep it direct and no waffle. Just the noise and symptoms you're having should be suffice.

From there, support should take care of you. You don't want to be spending on a liquid cooler if you're still very much within the warranty period.
