Hey guys i have a question what can be causing my internet to drop over and over when im Hardwired and the only computer connected to the internet my speeds are
Ping-10
Download-118
Upload-12

Just randomly this has been happening my internet keeps dropping at random moments of the day and i called my internet company and they say everything looks fine but if i cant fix then ill have to pay them to come out and fix it manually but i figured someone will help me here so thanks for reading.

I know it's a pretty obvious thing, but have you tried resetting your router?

When you say you're the only person connected, do you mean the only person hardwired in? Or have you checked the router settings to see there is no devices, maybe neighbors, that are connected?

Yes i have done a full reset over the phone with the provider etc still happening

Yes only person hard wired in and the only person on the internet no one has my password etc

What about a different Ethernet cable? I was having issues with my internet as well. I wasn't getting anywhere near the speeds I was supposed to be getting and a new cable did the trick.

Switched cables 3 times now still no fix

Not really sure then. It could be:
1. You have an old router that doesn't support your speeds / just no longer works as it should.
2. Your actual installation cables are messed up and need to be replaced.

Those are just some of the problems I've had in the past.
