So, I've been banned before and I had this error before, I set everything in Rebug toolbox correctly and I've also set all the Debug Options to everything needed.

I was online with no problems yesterday, when I changed the CID, but I have another one I can use.

But for some reason, I cannot sign in anymore, the error occurred yesterday night after I turned my PS3 off, I turned it back on, was banned, changed CID, and I get this ERROR

If anyone could help, that'd be great!
