Keeping the current world? Or just the same spawn design? Adam had said he wanted to wipe the world and just keep spawn, and I kinda agreed with that. Just make us all start fresh, it's not like we payed for Donator ranks/items to get upset over losing.

Decision is up to whomever is in charge of the project, and I'm just happy to see it come back again. Will be happy with whatever decision is made with a possible wipe or not.


I initially voted for saving a schematic of the spawn, and dropping it into a completely fresh seed, I was told not to do that as far as I can tell.

It's Adam's dedicated server it's being hosted on, he runs a CoD project on the exact same server so it's all based on priority, we can definitely do something very very soon.

Just to keep you all updated,

So the reason why it was pulled last time is that Minecraft, for some reason, was pulling way too many resources and causing our COD4 servers to lag out. This was not ideal and since the MC server was basically empty, I turned it off whilst we was troubleshooting. Fast forward a few months, it's not been turned back on.

Currently, it's sitting on a different VPS whilst Ahri and I work on the plugins side of it to see what on earth was causing such harsh lag on a dedicated server with more than enough grunt to run the same server 10 fold with 100 players on each.

Whilst COD4 will always have my top priority, I think we're in a good place with it so I can focus my time on this MC project. You'll have to bare with me however since I have very limited experience with MC servers itself however, I'll get the base working on a shite box of a VPS which will transfer smoothly onto the main dedicated server with no issues.

Should someone with mad MC server experience & plugin experience read this and wants to help out on this project, let me know!

In the mean time, I'll be looking at updating all existing plugins and server files to the current version and getting it running to how it was before then moving onto optimising it.

Sorry for the long delay however, you know it goes. COD4 > Minecraft
