Sadly, no.


there is a plugin called Protocal Support which can allow bedrock users on mobile and windows 10 to join from IP.
However its a plugin which requires the server to restart and not reboot command. its a little buggy being WIP but it works.

I cant recommend it in its current state tbh, later down the road for sure.

Its what the bedrock server "hosts" use for the partnered servers.
Not really a survival type plugin however it does its job.
