So,

I'm looking for a budget graphic design pc and I'm having trouble finding the best one to go for. I know a bit about computers but could do with different opinions and recommendations.

What it will be used for:
Mainly Photoshop and some video editing (basic Photoshop designs like posters and business cards, and 1080p video not 4k).
Potential for web design.
Light gaming use (maybe medium settings 60fps nothing too demanding)

So far I'm on a budget of around £500.
I'm happy to build it myself if it works out better/cheaper.

I've found these 2 computers that i thought would be a good start and upgrade in the future, or was thinking maybe a intel i3-8100 + gtx 1050ti might do?
