I am getting a pc soon and i was wondering can you mod gta v SP and online if you have bought a non steam version or can you only mod SP and how does the modding work because i want to install motorcycle club mods vests, patches, bikes etc.

You can look online or when downloading what you want of GTA5mods it should tell you what you need in order for it to work/ installation
