It's gotta come with all the files needed I don't wanna have to do anything at all once I get other than turn it on and play things.

Willing to pay more for limited edition ps4 that's jailbroken but any is cool.

Have you tried looking on eBay there's a few on there going for sale? Depends on your budget as other consoles cost more than others and what firmware are you going to go on 5.05? Unfortunately what console setup you said you want that doesn't go like that sadly, you have to buy the console from scratch as you have to connect to the console with your internet and up in the DNS codes (two DNS Codes) but yeah if you wanted apps already downloaded ready to use I'm sure the seller will install the apps for you. PS4 Modding is cool I'm still learning myself.

You can buy jailbroken ps4s but its pointless to have at this moment. the only thing you can do is play and mod certain games offline. You can not go online cause they never found a update loop yet so once they do that then its worth getting. but its gonna take time for it to come out and i doubt it will be released to the public.
