The title says it all. I downloaded a save from TTG onto a USB, plugged it into my Xbox One but the save is not there.

Is this possible? I can't find information on it on Youtube.

Hey mate. Don't think it works like that. Unless things have changed? Everything is in the cloud now, all game saves.

Correct me if im wrong, but I don't think you can use saves from usb on the Xbox one.

You can't, the saves create automatically when you play the game and save to the cloud I believe, you can't throw your own saves to the cloud.

I have no idea why there is one, the only thing you can do with gamesaves on XB1 is play anywhere games. You can edit saves like Forza, Fallout Shelter etc. I don't believe there is a way to put saves from a USB to the console, it's not like the 360 with local storage, it's all cloud based and all updated when you start and exit the game. It downloads saves from console to console when you start the game. The only local files now are the games themselves.

Hope this helps? And if I am wrong about anything, someone please correct me.

There used to be a tool called Vantage that would extract game saves from the cloud for Xbox and modify them, but it got patched. That's why that section is there, I'm pretty surprised nobody in this thread remembers that. It was everywhere when it was working still.

It doesn't work anymore if your wondering.
