sooooo yea impacted uncovered iap29 today and didnt work out. to well, then after deleting uncovered and trying again. i decided to go through tweak box and do it that way. my big oof lead to a boot loop. and my laptop wont stay connected to wifi to download the newest ios sw update. any help appreciated.

Yeah that's a big OOF. You'll need to restore the phone via itunes or a SW file. I'd personally recommend a clean restore from itunes to the newest OS and then downgrade from there. You don't want to brick your device.

You hit a boot loop because another ios update is installed on your phone.
Download tvos beta profile on the phone.
https://betaprofiles.com/
then go into the phone settings.
go to general
iPhone storage.
Look for any updates that are in that storage and delete the update from there.
Make sure your ios device is on ios 12 to 12.1.2,
