Everyone has to start somewhere! Working out can help so many people and they have no idea about it so this is a great video that could open eyes to people who have never been to the gym. Working out not only helps people physically but also mentally. Great video!

Well done man for getting up and doing something, I put on some serious weight they past 2 years going from fit footballer (soccer) to injured/ broken leg and not getting back to where I was.
I have just started in the gym to hopefully get some confidence in myself back, went on holiday to ibiza with the lads and I was scared to take my t-shirt off just cause I thought I was big.

That's it bro! Training is a great tool for both physical and mental health! Whether you're running, lifting, crossfitting or whatever it will help

Thanks man! Hey we all have our setbacks! I broke my leg (Tibia and fibula) last year and had to have plates and screws in my leg and tbh I thought my career was over.. now I'm stronger than ever about to compete in my first powerlifting meet. I believe you can turn your set back into a comeback! You got this bro. Also it sucks you felt so insecure you couldn't take your shirt off but I can relate cos that's how I felt when I was skinny as ****. You got this bro
