Is there anyone that can help me out with decrypting a save (WWE 2K19)? I want to edit my own save and I just need help with decrypting so I can do my work. Also, if I want to do it myself, is there any good working source code I can use to decrypt or is it possible to do it in the cmd command? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Surely there has to be one person on this forum that has knowledge on this. If you can decrypt a patricular save for me, I'll honestly pay you a good $100. And no save wizard does not have the game on there.

well i could possibly do it, ive never tried as i dont use my ps4 lol have you tried using notepad++ and yes just use the command prompt to load the file into notpad

No, I actually haven't tried using notepad++. I used to use offzip and packzip to decrypt saves on my Xbox 360 (not sure if it works on Playstation). I tried the offzip method and it doesn't work. Have you ever tried to use notepad++? If it's good to use, I don't mind giving it a try and see what I can do.
