I bought parts to build a small server (Ryzen 5 1600 and a used 660 Ti). I know my configuration isn't full-on-gaming, but it should be capable of at least doing the basics of gaming. But the intention was to use it as a NAS mainly. Now I'd like to get some opinions about following situation:
Should I run bare Windows 10 or unRAID with a vm with Windows 10? With which will I get the best performance? On both sides... unpacking and transcoding as well as "gaming" on a standard level. |
