Right click your windows start menu icon and locate your control panel.
Next click on 'Hardware and sound' Under device and printers click on "Device Manager" Go down till you see sound, video and game controllers open that tab Once rebooted open up device manager once again by following those steps and there should be an X near the Game Capture HD60. Right click it once again and re-enable the "Game Capture HD60" |

How long have you had the Elgato? If its recently purchased I'd take it back to where you got it and tell them its defective. If you've had it for a long time maybe it's just finally gave out? |

Tom wroteHave you turned off any settings via your console to allowed recording? No it was working before, then I tried recording mky ps3 using a splitter, which i did in the past with my pvr. it was working then after i unplugged the splitter, stopped working. 360 and xb1 wont detect it. |
