Nice workout man, I gotta start back again soon. I start then stop over and over again. Need some constant motivation. What keeps you going?

Thank you! and yeah just got the belt Thought I'd grab one so I didn't put myself at a disadvantage... After the meet I'm only going to use it for very heavy working sets as and when I feel I need it.

Right now the thing that keeps me going is knowing I have something to train for e.g the powerlifting meet! But before that I used to get discouraged that I wasn't making enough progress etc but I never stopped because quitting won't get me where I want to be any faster
