Hello everyone, I am fairly new to PC gaming with limited knowledge about building a computer. I have an old PC that I got around 2013 and I am looking to upgrade it so it will be able to run much more modern games, I have found this difficult to accomplish due to my limited knowledge and budget. Overall I would like to be able to run games such as the Witcher 3 or modded Skyrim on high settings at around 50+ fps. I am trying to keep the price under or around $350. Any advice will be greatly appreciated, Thank you.
