I'd recommend spending more time looking at specific parts rather than a pre-built computer. Youll be much more happier and satisfied with the final product and end up saving a lot of money along with getting better parts for a cheaper price. Even if you think building is complex, its pretty simple once you look into it and its a huge relief once you have your system finally booted up

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor ($164.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock - B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard ($93.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($77.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB OC Video Card ($346.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: NZXT - H500 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Monitor: Acer - ET322QU 31.5" 2560x1440 75 Hz Monitor ($219.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $1143.91

$50 over budget if you can manage it. GTX 1660Ti is supposedly launching in the next few days, and if that's the case, one of those might make more sense than the RTX 2060 for you, especially since it should easily allow you to get the system under $1100.

I would have liked to get a 1440p 144Hz monitor in there, since the Samsung CJG52 is only $310, but it's just not attainable with this budget, at least not with an RTX 2060 and 16GB RAM.

Add whatever capacity HDD you need/want.

For keyboard, I'd get this;
pcpartpicker.com/product/WbGxFT/c...9109012-na
RGB with Cherry MX Browns.

but this would do good too;
pcpartpicker.com/product/mH2rxr/g...e-k83-blue
only $40 with no LEDs, and Cherry MX Blue switches. I'd honestly just buy one of these for the sake of having a decent spare at only $40 lol.

Some cheaper options with MX Browns, one with red LEDs and the other with RGB;

pcpartpicker.com/product/KYZ2FT/g...m570-s10na
There's a number of other options depending on how much you want to spend, and whether you want RGB LEDs, static LEDs, or no LEDs, so if none of these are suitable give us more info on what you desire from a keyboard and we can try to link something better.
