| Does anyone know whether or not Xbox support work on support cases over the weekend or holidays ? I called them Thursday about something but I was wondering if they work on the case over the weekend . I know you can still chat to them on The Weekends so I was just curious . |

| not sure if they work on files but i know live chat works on weekends, but not sure about holidays or weekends, if they worked like that no one would be at xbox support team at all because thats illegal since they are given holidays off like everyone else could be wrong, but i honestly dont think so due to tickets i sent to different supports and waiting till monday for a resolve(yestday as of this comment) so my experience is no they dont do the cases on weekends, but its worth checking everyday to see |

| Don't think so think it's just during weekday, I've had to ring back on a Monday and I tired on a Sunday |
