- Nobody has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that aliens have visited Earth at any time.

- There is some reason to believe that alien life could exist in this Solar System on planets or moons which have water content.

- Forbes has done a breakdown of the number of Stars, Galaxies and Planets in the Observable Universe.
The crux is that there are 19,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars similar to the Sun with at least one Earth-like planet orbiting them. The idea that only 1 of these planets has gone through the process of developing life is absurd. And this is only taking into consideration the Observable Universe.

It is almost a mathematical certainty that Aliens exist.
Given the distances involved in traversing the Universe, it's also almost a mathematical certainty that we will never encounter them.

I do believe there is other life alien to us in the universe. I'm not sure what form it takes, or even if it is intelligent, but it's hard for me to fathom that we are alone.
