Got my second week in the bag, and seeing mad gainz already, still, need to work on my diet as I haven't been eating enough. This is due to my routine all being up in the air as I haven't started my new job, so once I've settled down ill be back to my old routine. Currently weighing in at 75kg (but I think the scales at the gym are broke) no way in hell I put on 3kg in one week lol? Anyways hope you guys enjoying seeing my work out the past week, and ill be doing another video next Monday or Tuesday, with voice/and face cam.
