If you are close to a MicroCenter, they have R3 2200G's for $80 and usually have a fair amount of open box motherboard deals, so you should be able to get a decent B350/B450 motherboard for $40-50 that way.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5 GHz Quad-Core Processor ($93.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock - B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($82.78 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Team - Vulcan 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($61.98 @ Newegg)
Storage: Toshiba - OCZ TR200 240 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($37.73 @ Amazon)
Case: Thermaltake - Versa H17 MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($33.04 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA - 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($29.99 @ B&H)
Total: $339.51

If you can get CPU+Mobo from MicroCenter, you'll save $50-60. That would give you around $110 for a GPU. Unfortunately, you can't spend less than $140 if you're looking to buy a new GPU;

RX 570 is better than a GTX 1050Ti, yet it costs less. The RX 570 for some reason also costs less than a GTX 1050, or RX 560. So if you really want to get a discrete GPU within budget, you'd have to swap the R3 2200G for an Athlon 200GE(which I wouldn't recommend) if you're buying from Micro Center- or buy a used GPU. Luckily, GTX 970s and RX 470/570s are ez to find for around $100 on the used market.

If you don't have access to a Micro Center and want a discrete GPU within budget, then you'll have to swap the R3 2200G for an Athlon 200GE. This would free up $45, giving you around $100 to buy a used GTX 970 or RX 470/570.

You could just run the system with an R3 2200G and no discrete GPU. Just use the integrated graphics on the 2200G, which would suffice until you have a little more for a GPU if you want to buy new and/or don't have access to a Micro Center. You'll still be able to play Farm Sim without a discrete GPU, just at lower settings.
