I've conducted multiple download speeds on my broadband and they all come back at 25/30 MB/s not the fastest I know but when I go to my Xbox one the download speed for the latest BO4 update only seems to get 4/5 MB/s, any reason why?

When you do the speed test its measured in megabits per second. To break it down 1 megabyte is 8 megabits. So 8 times 4 is 32 megabits per second. It's a weird concept. And when you download things on a ps4 or xbox it goes by megabytes. Wicked marketing technique.

Correct, to further this, a lot of broadband providers will often sell at say "75MBPS" and alot of people including myself at one point thought that I should be downloading games at that. But like Laxxx stated, that is Megabits per second and not megabytes.

For example, If I ran a speedtest, it would say 75MBPS so in theory I should be downloading at around 9mb/s.
