Is it possible to get a blacklisted phone cleaned? Or is it possible to swap Imei's n any case. Can I swap the firmware to another carriers? Or do any carriers deal with black listed devices?
it's a iphone 7+ A1661 I'm speaking about

I'm assuming by blacklisted, you mean reported as stolen? Apple can remove that blacklist with a proof of purchase. More than likely your only choice, to replace a whole MLB is pretty difficult, that's why they don't do it in store for any mobile device repair.

I mean I just called Verizon (after my line was locked because it was blacklisted) and told them I bought it off someone. They ended up removing it from the blacklist.
