Just wondering if their is any good free antivirus programs for Windows 10?

I just use Windows Defender, the stock antivirus, and just keep it updated. If you're careful on the internet, you shouldn't run into any virus. (Be extremely careful on BitTorrent websites)

If you are wanting to execute a program, but are kind of sketched by where you got it from, run it in a virtual sandbox. I recommend cuckoo sandbox. It is free & open source.
