so recently I have seen my life change for the worse, so much has been going on with me and I really don't know what to do anymore. so last Sunday I and my sister got into an argument because I pranked her and hid her birthday card and when she found out I did this she came into my room while I was eating and she started yelling at me so I told her to get out and i closed my door in her face because at the time I had enough going on (girl problems) and I didn't feel like dealing with her screaming at me. so she came back into my room and I had my steak knife in my hand and for some reason, she tried taking it from me and cut her fingers and needed stitches. when she went to the hospital she told them what happened that it was an accident and then the cops went to the hospital to talk to her and they wrote in their report that my sister was acting in self-defense because she was fearing for her life because I was trying to kill her which makes no sense to me or my sister. the cops went to my school on Monday and arrested me and took me to the courthouse and when we were there they were trying to send me to juvenile jail but they charged me as an adult which means i would go to adult jail which i did but i was bailed out because my bail was set to $1 because the judge didnt want me sitting in jail with crazy people that could hurt me so what the cops did was went to a different judge and got a warrant to arrest me because a few months ago the cops accused me of threatening to shoot up my school because some kid i was beefing with made a post saying i was gonna and they locked me up for 2 weeks and let me out still waiting to go to court for that and they keep rescheduling it because they are trying to find stuff on my phone that could prove i made this threat and they said it would have taken 2 weeks to go through my phone but it has been 2 months and theyre claiming they havent finished going through it. the cops are trying to screw me so hard and i dont know what to do i need some suggestions on what i should do because this is rediculous and i cannot deal with the corrupt cops in my area.

So you have went at your sister with a steak knife and threatened to shoot up your school.. I think you belong in jail tbh

This is wild.
First of all, where are your parents? Why is this seemingly being handled between you and your sister when you talk like a minor?
Secondly, it doesn't sound like the cops are trying to 'screw' you bud. Just sounds like they have misrepresented facts in front of them to judge you off of.
Third, do you have a lawyer or a public defender? If the state attorney is trying to build a case on you why have you not consulted with legal counsel? I mean a PD at most will cost you 150 bucks, or the court should APPOINT one to you if you can't afford it. Have you had an arraignment without counsel? Where is this, rural america? There seems to be way too many missteps here. Clarify if the state is pressing charges and what exactly for.

If you have truly made a mistake or two then move away for a few weeks try and get your life together and return stress free. If you show your family you can change they will help you do that.

It's impossible to understand because I don't know you. But good luck with your court case and I hope you do not get punished for a mistake because shit happens to all of us. Things can only get better than what they are dude

and i quote "the cops went to my school on Monday and arrested me" those are your words arnt they?
whats the real story not just your side.
