Pretty sure geo and beasts bo2 tool can reset classes, if not there are other tools that can, do yourself a favour and go to dex not cex for starters, If youre like beyond all help stuck and cannot do anything about it, the only way I can think is go to level 1 of whatever prestige you are and rank yourself back up, but that's an absolute last resort.
