Yes you loose access and you loose the stealth server it's self, so a much higher change of being banned if you have no time. Also you can do things like change your gamertag and alot more.

NiNjA and Xbonline are both stealth servers and have a stealth menu. NiNJa is more expensive but kvs last longer. There is some minor differences between them, so Xbonline is better choice if you want the bang for your buck.
