Remove XDRPC.xex and just put it on the root of your hdd, it doesn't need to be set as a plugin. Download jrpc2 and do
Xbdm
Server
Menu
Jrpc2


You may want to add xrpc as plugin 5 because a lot of tools are built with it. If this still doesn't work take a pic of the error message in detail and post it here
