Hi, I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy S9 and when I use Microsoft Word and Powerpoint it doesn't let me view any text no matter If I'm writing it myself or viewing. It just comes up with a square box. Anyone who can help I'd appreciate it very much.

have you tried reinstalling it? or clearing your cache
