So, a while back I had my 360 account modded. With that being said, I ended up buying a Xbox one in hopes I still have my rank and money at least. Well, longer story short, how can I transfer it or would there be a chance of "re-modding" the account?

They have turned off the transfer feature to next gen for this exact reason

No way to transfer anymore R* confirmed that will stay off for the remainder of GTA online.

So, That means no more modded accounts on gtav on the next gen consoles?

You no longer can. Unless you transferred it over before they turned it off. You can always buy an account you can but they are expensive.
