So I pre ordered the new iPhone XS Max last week with Three, and they said it would be delivered on the 13th of October. Just now I get an email saying my phones being delivered tomorrow morning. So this is the exciting part, the annoying part, is i pre ordered the case to be delivered on the 10th October lol. So now ive got to drive to Apple Brent Cross in morning to buy another case ffs, and apparently there's thousands of people all queing up for the iPhone lol.

they will probably still make you wait, which really sucks, but maybe if you call them in advance they could have it ready for you when you get there and you can just give them your name so you dont have to wait the whole line?
