The new pre-ordering system is you don't get charged immediately, so if I uninstall the game will I get charged for it still?

You need to contact Microsoft support and tell them you accidently did it but they will only do this once a year

I'm not sure I think you'd still need to contact Microsoft for refund but don't take my word on that

Yea the only way is to contact them, it happened to me once and got a refund for a game I didn't want.
