Budget: £500
Monitors: don't have to be factored in, but if you find some decent cheap ones to throw in, I'll consider it. If I get monitors I'll want two.
Games: Starting off gaming, mainly minecraft and fortnite etc, simple kid stuff.
Aesthetics: Anything

Here's one i put together for your budget.
Things you will need.
- Monitor
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Windows 10 (Which you can look up how to get it free)
Ryzen 2200G should be perfect for Minecraft & Fortnite
- Comes with intergrated graphics.
- Own Cooler
