I could be wrong but there's always a possibility of a Ban, saying that games old so chances are lower

I don't think you'll get banned but theres always a chance however its very low so I'd say ur safe

There has been a lot of extremely modding happening on the Game.

I always used an alt account just to prevent banning my real account but still not got banned for this, just if you're on Xbox One DO NOT take game captures about mods, i got 1 week banned for this twice
