I need a new phone so I'm gonna get the note 9

Is their a a set date the promo ends because going to be a few days before it comes and was wondering if it's gkmna end anytime soon

I already have the skin but I'd give the new one to my brother etc

I would say there is because people are selling hundreds of them I would say factory reset plus a spoof of MAC IP address/IMEI some people are saying it is by MAC IP and some are saying its by IMEI
