Recently purchased new pc parts (Evga gtx 1050ti ssc, i5-2500 sandy bridge 3.3ghz, supermicro C7H61-L mobo) installed and plugged in everything properly. On start up the LEDs, Cpu Cooler, gpu cooler, and case fans all turn on but there is no signal using hdmi cable from the mobo (integrated graphics) or from the 1050.

Make and model of your PSU? What RAM have you got?
Cut down to the basics. Just CPU, one RAM DIMM and see if you can get it to POST.
